For many years the Elgar Graves have been cared for by members of the Elgar Society, and by donations collected by the Elgar Society.
The Elgar Graves Charitable Trust was formed in 2025 to create a lasting framework for maintaining and improving the graves and their environment. Of the four trustees, three are great great nieces of Sir Edward Elgar and one is a leading member of the Elgar Society. We would like to add one more trustee from St Wulstan's Parish or from the Elgar Society to ensure that the Trust can act as a partnership of all those involved.
Donations collected by the Elgar Society have now been passed on to the Elgar Graves Charitable Trust to support the cleaning and care of the graves by Cliffords of https://cliffordandsons.co.uk/
